PROCESSING TIMES|
Since we are a small family owned business, we create all our products by hand & designed specifically to fulfill each request which are all made to order. We order our blank products from our suppliers and they typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Once your product has arrived, we will print and apply your design. Then we will drop off your order to our local shipping facility. Our processing time is about 5 business days plus shipping time.
SHIPPING INFORMATION|
Canadian orders|
We have used letter mail through Canada Post for 1-2 t-shirts with great success. Letter mail however does not come with tracking and typically takes 4-5 business days. Letter mail has no guarantee on delivery but we have yet to run into any problems. To add tracking, simply upgrade your shipping.
United States orders|
We use United States Postal Service and will be shipped using First-Class Package Service which comes with a tracking number and typically takes between 5-7 days.
PANDEMIC INFORMATION|
During the pandemic we have noticed some garment items are low in stock or arriving slower than before. If we find there are any issues with your order we will let you know right away.
GARMENT CARE|
We like to recommend that you wash your garment in machine wash cold, inside-out, tumble or hang dry to keep your print vibrant and fresh.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES|
Since all of our products are made to order, we unfortunately are unable to accept any returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
