Rich Black VELVET Hat with velvet rose, Women’s Velvet Hat, Winter Velvet Hat, Black Velvet Hat

I made this beautiful velvet hat out of a rich black velvet and lined it with a matching color fleece for warmth and body. It’s sized to fit most adults 22-23 inches around head. The brim can be worn up or down as it has velvet on both sides. It’s a very comfortable fit on my 22 1/2 inch head. Dry clean only.
I added a handmade velvet rose for a pretty look. A great hat for any season.
And yes, there are that many pieces for this hat that have to be cut, ironed and sewn together!
